working principle:

The wet materials enter the dryer together with the heated natural air through the conveyor. The loose powder and granular materials are dispersed and suspended in the hot air. The two are fully mixed to remove moisture instantly in the process of airflow entrainment. Through the alternating change of the diameter of the air flow drying pipe, the flow velocity of the material particles in the drying pipe changes alternately, so as to improve the heat and mass exchange area between the material particles and the hot air, and the heat and mass transfer efficiency is high, so as to achieve the purpose of evaporative drying in a very short time. The dried finished product is discharged from the cyclone separator, and a small part of the fly powder is recycled by the cyclone or bag filter.

At present, after many improvements and innovations, its basic form consists of the following four series: 1. F Series 2, Z series 3, X Series 4 and SZ series. F-type airflow dryer is operated under negative pressure, and the materials do not pass through the fan; Z-type air dryer is operated under positive pressure; The material has the function of crushing after several machines; Type X is a multi-stage tail gas circulation airflow dryer,; SZ air dryer is an enhanced air dryer, which integrates flash drying and air drying. Product features:

In the selection of heating mode, the air flow drying equipment has great adaptability. Users can choose steam, electricity and hot blast stove for heating according to the conditions of the region. At the same time, they can choose steam heating according to the material heat-resistant temperature (or hot blast temperature): ≤ 150 ℃; ≤ 200, electric heating (or steam heating, electric compensation or heat transfer oil heating); ≤ 300 ℃, coal-fired hot blast stove; ≤ 600 ℃, oil fired hot blast stove.
