Kill green and taste unit


The green killing and flavoring unit is composed of a feeding system, a green killing machine, a flavoring machine, etc. nuts enter the green killing machine from the feeding system, and are subjected to damp heat treatment at a high temperature of 120 ℃ ~ 220 ℃ (different temperatures required for different nuts) to remove the green and astringent taste of nuts. At the same time, the moisture and temperature difference between raw materials and adjusted feed water are increased, which is more conducive to water absorption and taste. The green killing machine is brought into the green killing machine by the stainless steel mesh belt. The raw nuts achieve the green killing effect and remove the green astringent taste by contacting with the high temperature and high humidity green killing medium (hot and humid air). The cleaned hot air enters the natural gas hot blast stove again through the filtration system and circulation system and is heated again to achieve the re cleaning temperature. After recycling the hot air, it is more energy-saving and lower production cost.

After high-temperature killing, the nuts immediately enter the flavouring machine. The flavouring machine is a chain plate flavouring machine. The killed materials enter the feed tank through the stainless steel chain plate. The materials are pressed into the feed water through the array pressing wheel and discharged to the discharge end to complete the flavoring process.

Drying system


Double layer drying tank unit


The double-layer drying tank is developed by our company in combination with the summary and optimization of the production and drying processes of nuts, sunflower seeds and peanuts in the speculation industry. It has the advantages of high flexibility, convenient operation, low investment and large output, especially in the case of large daily output but many flavors in the speculation industry.

Compared with peers, the double-layer drying tank developed by our company has larger output and more energy saving. The production of summer fruit can reach 6 ~ 8 tons per day, and the production of Bigen fruit can reach 10 ~ 15 tons.

The double-layer drying tank is mainly composed of several parts: drying tank main body, heat source system, moisture removal system, circulation system, program control system and so on.

With the double-layer drying tank produced by domestic peers, our company adopts PLC program control and touch screen operation in drying control, which can set different drying process parameters according to different nuts, which is more intelligent and will not cause instability of product quality due to the replacement of workers.

The single-layer hot air circulation drying tank is another selected drying tank developed by our company in combination with the summary and optimization of the drying processes of nuts, sunflower seeds, peanuts and other similar single-layer drying tanks in the speculation industry. It is especially suitable for materials with low plant height and low nut moisture. It also has the advantages of high flexibility, convenient operation and low investment.

Compared with peers, the single-layer circulating drying tank developed by our company has larger output and more energy saving. The production of summer fruit can reach 4 ~ 6 tons per day, and the production of Bigen fruit can reach 8 ~ 12 tons.

Comparison between double-layer drying tank and single-layer drying tank:


① The double-layer drying tank is divided into two layers, and the material thickness of each layer is thinner than that of the single-layer drying tank. For the whole drying process, the initial air inlet can run in the middle stage of nut drying, and the air inlet temperature is appropriately higher than that of the single-layer drying tank, so the drying efficiency is higher;

② In the whole drying process of the double-layer drying tank, the materials will be cut each time, and the materials will be overturned and mixed again, which is more uniform, more efficient and more productive per unit time than the static drying of the single-layer drying tank;

③ . the double-layer drying tank is dried in two layers, and the upper layer plays the role of pre drying, which is more energy-saving;

④ . the double-layer drying tank discharges the materials through the silo, and the materials are dried at the same time, which has a higher utilization rate. When the materials are discharged from the single-layer drying tank, the drying is stopped, and the utilization rate is relatively low;

⑤ . the discharge of double-layer drying tank is automatic, and workers are not required to assist in stripping. The single-layer drying tank needs workers to assist in stripping and discharging, and the labor intensity of workers is low;

⑥ Compared with the single-layer drying tank, the double-layer drying tank has relatively large investment and high requirements for the height of the plant. The single-layer drying tank has relatively low investment and low requirements for the height of the plant.



Automatic drying unit


The multi-layer through flow belt dryer is a drying equipment optimized and developed by our company on the basis of the traditional multi-layer belt dryer, which is especially suitable for automatic drying production in the fried nut industry. The whole machine is composed of three layers of stainless steel mesh belt or stainless steel orifice plate. The speed of each layer can be adjusted separately. The materials go down layer by layer from top to bottom and are dried through the initial drying layer, middle layer and final drying layer. The whole machine has several circulating fans for circulating air inlet. Each circulating air temperature can be adjusted manually or automatically to adapt to the drying of different special materials.

The air inlet end of our multi-layer cross flow belt dryer uses our invention patent (201110059169.0) jet air inlet system to improve the drying strength and air equalizing effect of the material layer at the air inlet end. Generally, due to poor penetration, the thickness of the last layer of material cannot be thick, and the drying capacity of the drying medium of the last layer is the best, Therefore, generally, for materials with high moisture content, the drying efficiency is low and the drying is easy to be uneven. Our multi-layer belt type has the function of spraying, and the material thickness can reach 15 cm. The same drying output can greatly increase the drying time. Therefore, the drying uniformity is better, the production efficiency is high, and the product quality is good.





Cooling and impurity removal system


Cooling and impurity removal system: it is composed of mesh belt cooler, impurity removal machine, vibration classifier, manual inspection conveyor belt, elevator and storage bin.

The dried nuts still have temperature, which can not meet the packaging requirements. Therefore, the newly discharged nuts are cooled to about room temperature by mesh belt cooler, and then the impurities such as broken shell and powder are removed by wind impurity remover, and classified by vibration screening.

The wind cleaning machine developed by the company on the basis of the air screen cleaning machine for agricultural products mainly relies on the vertical air screen to complete the sorting function. According to the aerodynamic characteristics of materials and the different critical speeds of products and impurities, it realizes the purpose of separation by adjusting the speed of air flow. Lighter impurities are sucked into the sedimentation chamber for centralized discharge, and the dust is removed by cyclone dust collector, Better products enter the vibrating screen after passing through the air screen. The vibrating screen can discharge large impurities, small impurities and qualified finished products respectively.

The sorting principle of vibrating screen is determined according to the geometric size characteristics of finished products. The types and varieties of finished products are different, and each size is also different. Selecting and replacing screen pieces of different specifications can meet the sorting requirements.
