Natural gas boiler


The natural gas boiler (invention patent No.: cn202010444635.6) developed by our company has reasonable design and advanced technology, which solves the insufficient combustion of similar domestic natural gas boilers, The measured emission of carbon monoxide and nitrogen oxide from a mechanized boiler in Wuhan does not meet the requirements of 2000 ppm, and the measured emission of carbon monoxide and oxygen from a natural gas boiler of our company does not meet the requirements of 10000 ppm.

Through special design, our company has a heat exchange area of more than 20 square meters and a heat exchange efficiency of 95%.

Our natural gas boiler is equipped with imported double stage fire burner to realize large and small fire control and ensure the high fire boiling and low fire stewing process. It is operated through PLC programmable controller combined with touch screen, and a variety of process parameters are stored according to the cooking process of different materials, which can realize intelligent operation, reduce the labor intensity of workers and improve product quality.

Cooling and impurity removal system

Lighter impurities are sucked into the sedimentation chamber for centralized discharge, and the dust is removed by cyclone dust collector, Better products enter the vibrating screen after passing through the air screen. The vibrating screen can discharge large impurities, small impurities and qualified finished products respectively.

The sorting principle of vibrating screen is determined according to the geometric size characteristics of finished products. The types and varieties of finished products are different, and each size is also different. Selecting and replacing screen pieces of different specifications can meet the sorting requirements.
