Introduction to dust collector


Dust hoods are set at each ash emitting place, and the dusty gas is transmitted to the dust removal device through the pipeline gas path. After gas-solid separation, the dust is collected in the dust removal device, and the clean gas is introduced into the main pipe or directly discharged into the atmosphere, which is the complete set of equipment, that is, the dust removal system, and the dust collector is an important part of the system. From the perspective of ventilation and dust removal, dust is all small solid particles that can exist in the air in a floating state for a long time. It is a dispersion system called aerosol, in which air is the dispersion medium and solid particles are the dispersion phase. Dust collector is the equipment that separates this kind of small solid particles from aerosols.

According to the principle of function, the dust collector can be divided into the following types:

1. Dry mechanical dust collector mainly refers to dust removal equipment designed by applying dust inertia and gravity, such as high concentration dust collectors such as sedimentation chamber, inert dust collector and cyclone dust collector. It is mainly used for the separation or concentration of high concentration coarse particle size dust.

2. Wet dust collectors rely on hydraulic wetting to separate and collect dust particles, such as spray tower, scrubber, impact dust collector, venturi tube, etc., which are widely used in the treatment of dusty gas with high concentration and large air volume in the production process. The separation efficiency of coarse and hydrophilic dust is higher than that of dry mechanical dust collector.

3. The particle layer dust collector is a device that takes the accumulation layer of particle materials with different particle sizes as the filter material to block the dust contained in the air solution. It is mainly used in the dust discharge point in the production process of building materials and metallurgy. It is often used to filter the dusty flue gas with high concentration, coarse particles and high temperature.

4. The bag filter is a dust removal device with fiber fabric or filling layer as the filter medium. Its purpose, form, dust removal air volume scale and action efficiency have a wide range. It is mainly used in places where fine dust is collected, that is, in exhaust dust removal system and air inlet system. In recent years, due to the continuous development of new filter materials, the development of fiber filtration technology is also accelerated, new products are emerging, and the application field is expanding day by day.

5. The electrostatic precipitator introduces the dusty air flow into the electrostatic field. Under the action of high-voltage electric field, the gas ionizes and generates electrons and positive ions. They move to the positive and negative poles respectively. When the dust particles flow through the working electric field, they are negatively charged, move to the sedimentation electrode plate opposite to the sign of their negative charge at a certain speed, and settle there, Thus, it is separated from the air flow and collected in the electrostatic precipitator. The dust collector has the advantages of high dust removal efficiency, low resistance and convenient maintenance and management. It has the same effect as bag filter in capturing fine dust particles.

Cyclone dust collector


The cyclone dust collector is composed of an air inlet pipe, an exhaust pipe, a cylinder, a cone and an ash hopper. Cyclone dust collector has the advantages of simple structure, easy manufacture, installation, maintenance and management, low equipment investment and operation cost. It has been widely used to separate solid and liquid particles from gas flow or solid particles from liquid. Under normal operating conditions, the centrifugal force acting on particles is 5 ~ 2500 times that of gravity, so the efficiency of cyclone is significantly higher than that of gravity settling chamber. Among the mechanical dust collectors, cyclone dust collector is a kind of high efficiency. It is suitable for the removal of non viscous and non fibrous dust, mostly used to remove 5 μ Particles above M, parallel multi tube cyclone device pair 3 μ M particles also have a dust removal efficiency of 80 ~ 85%. Cyclone dust collector belongs to medium efficiency dust collector and can be used for purification of high-temperature flue gas. It is a widely used dust collector. It is mostly used for boiler flue gas dust removal, multi-stage dust removal and pre dust removal. Its main disadvantage is that it is sensitive to fine dust particles (< 5%) μ m) The removal efficiency is low.


Pulse bag filter

working principle:

Pulse bag filter is composed of ash hopper, upper box, middle box and lower box. The upper, middle and lower boxes are divided into chambers. During operation, the dusty gas enters the ash hopper from the air inlet, the coarse dust particles directly fall into the bottom of the ash hopper, the fine dust particles enter the middle and lower boxes with the turning of the air flow, the dust accumulates on the outer surface of the filter bag, the filtered gas enters the upper box to the clean gas collection pipe exhaust duct, and is discharged to the atmosphere through the exhaust fan. The ash cleaning process is to cut off the air duct at the clean air outlet of the chamber first, so that the cloth bag of the chamber is in a state without air flow (stop air and ash cleaning by chamber). Then, open the pulse valve and use compressed air for pulse injection dust cleaning. The closing time of the shut-off valve is enough to ensure that the dust stripped from the filter bag after injection settles to the ash hopper, so as to avoid the phenomenon that the dust is attached to the adjacent filter bag surface with the air flow after separating from the filter bag surface, so as to completely clean the dust of the filter bag, and the programmable controller controls the exhaust valve Pulse valve and ash unloading valve are fully automatic controlled.


Characteristics of pulse bag filter

1. The pulse bag type dust remover adopts the pulse jet dust cleaning technology of compartment air stop, which overcomes the shortcomings of conventional pulse dust remover and compartment back blowing dust remover. It has strong dust removal capacity, high dust removal efficiency, low emission concentration, small air leakage rate, low energy consumption, less steel consumption, less floor area, stable and reliable operation and good economic benefits. It is applicable to the purification of dusty gas and material recovery in metallurgy, building materials, cement, machinery, chemical industry, electric power and light industry.

2. Due to the use of compartment stop air pulse injection for ash cleaning, the purpose of complete ash cleaning can be achieved by one injection. Therefore, the ash cleaning cycle is prolonged, the ash cleaning energy consumption is reduced, and the air pressure consumption can be greatly reduced. At the same time, the fatigue degree of filter bag and pulse valve is reduced accordingly, so as to double the service life of filter bag and valve plate.

3. The maintenance and bag replacement can be carried out in different rooms under the normal operation condition of the system without stopping the system fan. The opening of the filter bag adopts elastic expansion ring, which has good sealing performance and is firm and reliable. The keel of the filter bag is polygonal, which reduces the friction between the bag and the keel, prolongs the service life of the bag and is convenient for bag unloading.

4. The upper bag pumping method is adopted. After the skeleton is pulled out during bag changing, the dirty bag is put into the ash hopper at the lower part of the box and taken out from the manhole, which improves the operation conditions of bag changing.

5. The box body adopts air tightness design with good sealing performance. The inspection door uses excellent sealing materials. Kerosene is used to detect leakage in the manufacturing process, and the air leakage rate is very low.

6. The arrangement of inlet and outlet air ducts is compact and the air flow resistance is small.
