The heat source can be natural gas, steam, heat transfer oil and other heat sources. If the natural gas hot blast stove is used for heating, the natural gas hot blast stove adopts the advanced high-efficiency and energy-saving burner with full-automatic proportional regulation operation. The burner meets the requirements of relevant standards for reducing pollution emission, and has passed the IP x0d (IP40) standard electrical protection level certification, as well as the en 676 European standard for gas appliances, EMC low voltage and boiler efficiency certification.

According to different environmental protection in different places, imported combustion engines meeting the emission standards of local environmental protection requirements shall be adopted, and the steady-state emission NOx of the hot blast stove of the machine shall not be higher than the rated emission value of the combustion engine, and the steady-state emission value of CO (O2): 0ppm; CH4 steady state emission value: 0ppm; The machine adopts a single proportional adjustment high-power combustor and an external hot blast stove for independent heating, which reduces the fault points, maintenance time and maintenance cost. The hot air passes through the air inlet duct to the electric damper of each drying room. Through digital accurate adjustment, the drying is more uniform and the product quality is better.

If steam or heat transfer oil is used for heating, each drying unit is equipped with a set of heat exchange system and control system. The control system uses advanced pneumatic proportional control valve combined with PID intelligent temperature control system to accurately control the drying temperature.

According to the drying process of different vegetable varieties, the air inlet, moisture exhaust and circulating air volume are adjusted through PLC program controller and drying parameters attached to the requirements to achieve better drying effect and achieve energy saving and consumption reduction.

Single layer belt type features:

Therefore, under the condition of thick material layer, it can ensure that the moisture from the drying room can be taken away quickly and forcibly. The drying intensity and drying speed are much higher than those of similar domestic equipment. At the same time, the drying speed of materials is accelerated On the premise of increasing the output, the color of the material will not be affected because the material layer is thick and the moisture cannot be taken away.

② The single-layer belt type is divided into several rooms from front to back. Each room controls temperature and humidity independently. Different temperatures and humidity can be adopted according to the drying needs of materials. It can be applicable to materials with various process requirements, especially those with requirements for the color of finished products.



Multi layer belt features:

① Our multi-layer belt type adopts bottom air inlet, the bottom layer is jet flow, the middle and upper layer is natural penetration, the hot air passes through the material layer layer layer by layer from bottom to top, and the materials run from top to bottom. The materials are dried in countercurrent mode from low temperature to high temperature; The drying intensity and drying speed are higher than those of similar domestic equipment. The effective drying area is large and the floor area is small. The price of equipment with the same output is slightly lower than that of single-layer belt type.

② The air inlet temperature of the lower layer of the multi-layer belt type is controllable, and the hot air temperature of the middle and upper layers is determined by the materials. The upper, middle and lower temperatures and humidity of different materials vary according to the water loss of the materials, but they cannot be set freely. The exhaust gas temperature is low, which is more energy-saving. It is suitable for the later drying of agricultural products with nearly balanced water at the end of connection, nut frying and materials with good air permeability, especially for materials with water loss in the early stage and need to be flavored and roasted in the later stage.

③ Defects of multi-layer belt type: due to the free penetration of hot air and easy short circuit in the upper and middle layers of multi-layer dryer, the paving material is thin, and the moisture between materials is not easy to take away due to low free penetration. During the drying process, the moisture in the middle and upper layers is easy to deposit in the materials, resulting in material browning. It is only suitable for redrying materials with color requirements such as dehydrated vegetables at the stage close to equilibrium moisture.
