Heat exchanger is an equipment that uses steam or heat transfer oil as heat source to heat air. It can fully replace a large amount of latent heat in steam or heat transfer oil to heat air. The heat exchanger is made of finned tube heat exchange tube, which greatly increases the heat exchange area and exchanges heat more effectively and quickly. 1. The steel heat exchanger is mainly composed of three rows of spiral finned tube bundles in the direction of air flow. The fin tube is wound on the seamless steel pipe by mechanical winding of the cold-rolled steel strip, and then the surface is galvanized or sprayed with high-temperature silver powder paint. The contact surface between the heat dissipation tube and the fin is wide and tight, with good heat transfer performance, stability, corrosion resistance, beautiful appearance, convenient installation, convenient management and durable wear resistance.

2. The manufacturing process of stainless steel heat exchanger is the same as that of steel heat exchanger, and the material is stainless steel.

3. The steel aluminum composite heat exchanger adopts the steel aluminum composite rolling technology, and the base tube material of the composite fin tube can be carbon steel. After the bimetal is closely combined, the heat dissipation pipe has the characteristics of low thermal resistance (no contact thermal resistance), good heat transfer performance, high strength, low resistance, not easy to dust, strong anti-corrosion performance, smooth and beautiful appearance, long service life and so on.

4. The stainless steel aluminum composite heat exchanger is the same as the steel aluminum composite process, and the base pipe is made of stainless steel.

Combined with the external control system, the heat exchanger can well control the actual intelligent temperature through proportional control valve and intelligent PID controller, ensure the stability of drying temperature and improve product quality.
