The air energy source (heat pump drying dehumidification unit) is mainly composed of finned evaporator, compressor, finned condenser and expansion valve. By allowing the working medium to continuously complete the thermal cycle process of evaporation (absorbing the heat in the external environment) → compression → condensation (releasing heat in the indoor drying room) → throttling → re evaporation, Thus, the heat in the external low-temperature environment is transferred to the dryer, and the refrigerant circulates in the system under the action of the compressor. It completes the pressure rise and temperature rise process of gaseous state in the compressor (the temperature is up to 100 ℃). It releases high-temperature heat into the dryer to heat the air in the dryer. At the same time, it is cooled and transformed into liquid state. When it runs to the external machine, the liquid state quickly absorbs heat and evaporates and transforms into gaseous state again, and the temperature can be reduced to 0 ℃ ~ - 10 ℃, At this time, the air around the heat absorber will continuously transfer heat to the refrigerant. The heating efficiency of high temperature heat pump drying unit is much higher than that of other heating equipment.



Our heat pump dehumidification unit adopts the brand Valley wheel flexible scroll compressor, which has the functions of not easy to wear, long service life, over-current protection, strong liquid hammer resistance, high and low pressure protection, etc. The evaporator has good water sliding performance and can reduce wind resistance. Hydrophilic film aluminum foil is adopted to greatly improve the efficiency of the evaporator. The electronic expansion valve introduces new Japanese technology, cooperates with our physical control system, and uses digital technology to control the working medium to achieve more flow effect, so as to improve the COP value.

The whole process adopts PLC intelligent control panel, which can accurately regulate the temperature, and the touch screen can be operated visually, which is more convenient and humanized.
