Product overview: this series of dryer uses hot air as drying medium to continuously contact with wet materials, so as to vaporize and evaporate the moisture in wet materials, so as to achieve the purpose of drying. The machine covers a small area and has a large spreading area. Working principle: the whole machine is composed of conveying device, drying chamber and heating system. The material conveyor belt in the dryer is composed of 8 ~ 10cm wide drying plate and chain. Three groups of 6-layer drying plates for circular operation are set in the drying chamber, and the aggregate device is set at the bottom. The hot air is sent in three layers from the rear end of the drying chamber, and the air volume of each layer is adjustable, The materials are fed by the manual or automatic feeding conveyor, homogenized by the homogenizer, and then enter the drying chamber to go down layer by layer. Finally, the dried materials are discharged by the ejector.
