In actual production, several sets are usually equipped with heat source in a group or one-to-one. The main body of the drying tank is divided into two types: circulating type and non circulating type. During operation, the hot air is blown from the bottom of the drying tank, penetrates the material layer through the material bearing orifice, exchanges heat and mass with the materials, completes the drying process, and the moisture is directly discharged into the environment (for those with circulation, the tail gas is recycled by adjusting the circulating air volume according to the moisture discharge humidity).
The machine adopts manual auxiliary turnover to facilitate the uniformity of drying. It is widely used in the drying of peanuts, melon seeds, nuts, dehydrated vegetables and Chinese herbal medicine.
