The multi-layer through flow belt dryer is designed by our company for materials with long drying time and non stick net.

Working principle: the whole machine is composed of 3-5 layers of stainless steel mesh belt or mobile stainless steel orifice plate. The speed of each layer can be adjusted separately, and it is equipped with homogenizing mechanism and turnover mechanism. The materials go down layer by layer from top to bottom, and are dried through the initial dry layer, the middle layer and the final dry layer. The whole machine has several circulating air ducts for circulating air inlet. According to the material drying process requirements, it can be designed into different counter flow or forward flow drying from top to bottom, from bottom to top, from front to back through the mesh belt and material layer.

The temperature of each circulating air can be adjusted manually or automatically to meet the drying requirements of different special materials. The jet air inlet system at the air inlet end can improve the drying intensity and air equalization of the material layer at the air inlet end, with good drying uniformity, high production efficiency and good product quality.

Application scope: dwp-n series multi-layer belt dryer is a continuous drying equipment for large-scale production. It is used for the drying of materials with good air permeability, such as flake, strip and granular materials with low water loss rate and long drying time. For the post dehydration stage of dehydrated vegetables, traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces, seeds, bio organic fertilizer, compound fertilizer, etc, Materials with low temperature requirements are particularly suitable. As an assembly line drying, this series of drying can be used in combination with single-layer through flow belt type. It has the advantages of less land occupation, high output and good product quality.

The air inlet end of our multi-layer cross flow belt dryer uses our invention patent (201110059169.0) jet air inlet system to improve the drying strength and air equalizing effect of the material layer at the air inlet end. Generally, due to poor penetration, the thickness of the last layer of material cannot be thick, and the drying capacity of the drying medium of the last layer is the best, Therefore, generally, for materials with high moisture content, the drying efficiency is low and the drying is easy to be uneven. Our multi-layer belt type has the function of spraying, and the material thickness can reach 15 cm. The same drying output can greatly increase the drying time. Therefore, the drying uniformity is better, the production efficiency is high, and the product quality is good.
